Bingo Bien ("the App") is a bingo caller application for iOS and Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your data and your rights.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

The App works entirely offline.

Data We Collect

None. Bingo Bien does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No account creation or login required.
• No names, emails, or contact information collected.
• No location data collected.
• No usage analytics.

• No advertising or ad tracking.
• No third-party analytics SDKs.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game preferences: Language, voice settings, event configuration.
• Game state: Current game progress (so you can resume if the app is closed).
• Subscription status: Whether you have an active premium subscription (cached locally for offline use).

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Bluetooth (BLE)

The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with compatible thermal printers for printing bingo cards. This connection is used exclusively for sending print data (bingo card layout and QR codes) to the printer. No personal data is transmitted via Bluetooth.

Camera

The App uses the device camera to scan QR codes or recognize printed numbers on bingo cards for verification purposes. Images are processed locally in real-time and are never stored, transmitted, or shared.

Microphone

The App uses the microphone only if you enable voice detection to recognize the word "BINGO" during the game. Audio is processed locally in real time and is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.

Subscriptions and Payments

Bingo Bien offers an optional premium subscription managed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

• Subscription: annual (auto-renewable).
• Free trial: 3 days.
• You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.

Internet Connection

The App works 100% offline. An internet connection is only needed for:

• Downloading the App from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
• Processing subscription purchases (handled by Apple or Google).
• Downloading optional language packs (on-demand resources).

Children's Privacy

Bingo Bien is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Since the App collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar regulations. The App does not involve real money, gambling, or in-app purchases accessible to minors (subscriptions are managed by parental controls in iOS and Android).

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data. The only third-party involvement is the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) for distribution and subscription management, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
