Subscription Management
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. Here's how to manage, cancel, or restore:
iPhone / iPad:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Bingo Bien and manage or cancel.
Android:
- Open Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find Bingo Bien and manage or cancel.
Restore purchases: If you reinstalled the app or changed devices, go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases".
Common Questions
The printer won't turn on.
Printers have a protective sticker on the battery to prevent activation during transport. Remove it before first use.
The printer doesn't connect.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and that you have granted Bluetooth permission to BingoBien in your device settings (we do not collect any data). The printer must be Bluetooth ESC/POS (not USB), for example MTP-II, MTP-210, Goojprt, MTP-3, or similar 58mm/80mm models. Try turning the printer off and on again. See our tested printers for compatible models.
Cards don't print correctly.
Ensure you're using 57mm or 58mm thermal paper rolls with a maximum diameter of 40mm. Larger rolls may not fit in the printer. If you're using an 80mm model (such as the MTP-3), check the specific roll diameter requirements for your printer model.
The TV doesn't show the game.
For AirPlay: both devices must be on the same WiFi network. For HDMI dongles: connect to the dongle's WiFi first, then mirror your screen.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
On Android, go to Google Play → Order history.
