1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bingo Bien ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bingo Bien is a bingo caller application designed for in-person bingo games. The App provides:

• Random number generation (digital Bingo drum).
• Voice announcements in multiple languages.
• Bingo card printing via Bluetooth thermal printers, system print services, or PDF export.
• Card verification via QR code scanning or camera recognition.
• Optional scoring helper for in-person session organization.
• TV display via AirPlay/Miracast.

3. Intended Use

Bingo Bien is designed exclusively for in-person social entertainment. Typical settings include:

• Family gatherings and home game nights.
• Schools and language-learning classrooms, where multiple supported languages help children recognize numbers in foreign languages by hearing them called aloud.
• Community spaces, parish halls, and senior centers.
• Charity and community fundraising events organized by non-commercial groups.

The App functions as a simple digital Bingo drum, comparable to a dice-rolling app or a coin flipper. It draws random numbers, announces them in the selected language, and verifies winning patterns. It is a tool for hosting an in-person social activity.

The App works fully offline during gameplay. The only internet usage in the App is subscription management by the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). It does not handle money. It does not process payments. It does not host accounts. It does not connect to any external service. Nothing inside the App has monetary or exchangeable value other than the optional annual subscription itself.

Any real-world items the players themselves agree to share (such as small treats at a family game night, awards in a classroom, or contributions to a community cause) are entirely between the players, in person, and outside the App's scope. The App does not process, transmit, store, or track any item of real-world value.

Commercial use is not permitted. The App may not be used in professional Bingo halls, regulated establishments, or in any setting where it would underlie a commercial activity. By using the App, you confirm that your use is purely non-commercial, in-person social entertainment.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

The App offers two tiers:

Free:

• Access to games 1 and 2 (Any Line, Double Line).
• Unlimited single bingo cards.
• Up to 3 games per day.
• Card scanning and verification.

Premium:

• Access to all game patterns.
• Unlimited single and double bingo cards.
• Unlimited games per day.
• "Voice ON" — hands-free detection of "BINGO".

5. Subscription Terms

• Price: Annual subscription. Pricing is set and displayed in your local currency by Apple or Google at the time of purchase.
• Free trial: 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

6. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: organizing and playing bingo games in person. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment mechanisms.
• Use the App for any commercial or for-profit purpose, or in any context involving the exchange of money, tokens, or items of monetary value between players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, software, and design) are owned by Bingo Bien and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Hardware

The App is compatible with certain third-party Bluetooth thermal printers and display devices. We do not manufacture, sell, or guarantee the functionality of any third-party hardware. Use of third-party hardware is at your own risk and subject to the manufacturer's terms and warranty.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bingo Bien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to disputes between players over game outcomes, hardware compatibility issues, or printing problems.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
